I haven't had real Biltong since my last trip to South Africa in 2019. I have searched, but have been constantly disappointed. I heard about Brett's a few weeks ago, so decided to make the trip. It's about 2 hours from where I live, but so worth it. Brett is a super nice guy and had a good conversation with him. He let us try out several options. Most American Jerky has nothing on authentic Biltong. I highly recommend the trip, then a pop into the Creamery on the Square for some ie cream. It is very much worth a day trip out to Llano. Go Bokke!
